Subpatch missing input/outpout ports #896

Describe the bug Subpatch created with userMenu -> "Patch a new op" are missing "SubPatchInput" and "SubPatchOuput" Ops.

How To Reproduce

  1. Created with userMenu -> "Patch a new op"
  2. Inside the created subopatch there are no "SubPatchInput" and "SubPatchOuput"
