Midi Device not detected under Windows #915

Describe the bug Cables 0.4.3: Midi devices are not detected under Windows 10 and windows 11. Works on MacOS (Sonoma 14.3.1 ).

How To Reproduce

  1. Open Editor
  2. Open MidiDeviceInput or any midi Op
  3. Devices not listed.
