replace less with scss #14

I am not a big fan of LESS anymore and I feel that SCSS (SASS) is better supported. Since v2 is a big update we might as well make this switch now.

PS: I need to make v2 a node project that can auto compile the SCSS on deployment and possibly update the version number(s).
