mace script minor update. #113

Fix docstring formatting for lib_path in mace3D interface.
Remove unu…sed variables Nx, Ny, Nz in mace3D and mace4D.

Updated interface of mace3D: mace.pdf

Tested mace3D_fast.py and worked as expected.
