Module/laminography

This pull request is an implementation of laminography as a wrapper over the current master branch of mbircone.

This pull request includes the following changes:

• Add the following files:
  • mbircone/laminography.py
  • docs/source/laminography.rst
  • demo/demo_laminography.py
• Modify the following files:
  • mbircone/__init__.py
    • add import statement for laminography module
  • mbircone/phantom.py
    • add method gen_lamino_sample_3d
  • docs/source/api.rst
    • add laminography tags to api file
