Module/laminography

This update contains methods to perform laminography projection and reconstruction. It represents a near-final draft; I am opening it as a "draft pull request" so that we can review the code and make comments.

This update adds 3 new files, and makes changes to 3 existing files.

New files:

• mbircone/laminography.py
  • _Contains recon_lamino and project_lamino methods, as well as auxiliary methods._
• demo/demo_laminography.py
  • _Demonstration of recon_lamino and project_lamino._
• docs/source/laminography.rst
  • Boilerplate for Read the Docs.

Modified files:

• mbircone/phantom.py
  • _Add method gen_lamino_sample_3d that returns laminography phantom._
• mbircone/__init__.py
  • Add import statement for laminography.py.
• docs/source/api.rst
  • Add references to laminography.py for Read the Docs.
