Updating Read Me for mbircone #80

Following updates have been made to allow for error free installation of mbircone

1) Under "Install Demo Requirements section" changed requirement.txt to requirements_demo.txt 2) Under "Installation Section" included a point to install GCC per the instructions found on SVMBIR page

Surojit, if I understand correctly, your only changes in this PR are to the README.md file. So you are just making fixes to the instructions.

Is that correct?

In the future, you should list Diyu as a checker too.
