Test.PyPI access #23

I seem to have lost 2FA access to the test.pypi.org account. I've entered a recovery request issue .

Well, the pypi.org account was reset rather than the test.pypi.org account. This didn't do any damage since I just resent my password and 2FA, but it also didn't fix the problem. I think I will just not worry about fixing test.pypi and close this issue.
