Popular Posts only works when user is logged in #184

I've a problem with Wordpress Popular Posts.

For any reason the plugin start to render popular posts only when user is logged in. If I log out from my account, the plugin show the following message: "We sorry. Nothing to show yet.".

An idea to put forward for consideration?

EDIT

Seem to be the option Categories in Widgets Section. I've set tags option and I can see the popular posts listed.

Hi there,

It's hard to tell what's going on without more details, so please:

  1. Share your site's URL so I can have a look.
  2. Go to Settings > WordPress Popular Posts, append &tab=debug to the URL in the address bar of your browser, and share the contents of the Debug screen with me.
  3. Share the settings you're using with the plugin (screenshots of the widget settings and the Settings > Tools page will do).

Thanks! However, I don't see anything wrong with the site. The widget seems to be loading properly.

By the way, since you're using a caching plugin I recommend setting Usar Ajax con el widget to Habilitado to prevent WP Super Cache from caching the list (as mentioned in the description displayed below). Remember to clear WP Super Cache's cache afterwards so changes are reflected on the front-end.

Actually, I'm 90% sure the problem is WP Super Cache. Please follow the above recommendation and report back the results.
