This is definitely a caching issue:
@cabrerahector So our "Cache Lifespan" is currently set to 10 Hours and yes, the checkbox has been checked. I even created a new widget to see if it needed a "hard reset" of some sorts.
I totally forgot to follow up on this, sorry!
Phillip, if the checkbox is ticked but the list is still displaying posts older than the selected time range then I'm not entirely sure what's going on. Do you guys have a staging/development version of the website where I could log in and check by myself?
Closing due to inactivity.
We are utilizing the widget for WPP and the results are not updating.
In the backend, I have the Ajaxify Widget set to Enabled and I have the "Display only posts published within the selected Time Range" set to 7 days.
However, when you look at the frontend, the results are still displaying posts from 2-3 weeks ago.
We are using WP Rocket as our frontend cache.
