Default values for input boxes

Hello Vincent, There is (at least) two different ways of doing that; depending on what you need this default value for:

• If you need to set a value to this input when evaluated from inside the patch itself, then you can use the optional inlet of the in box:

  

• If you need to pass a value when no value (NIL) is passed to the input, you can use the default box (here or anywhere):

(note that default is actually no more than a diguised or logical operator.)
