Our current default font (Calibri) is actually an MS font that is not installed by default on the last macOS
Current default font on Windows doesn't display well on HiDPI screens

This is probably not yet optimal but some preliminary change is here 6e514d011a4602c08d2f2d868b274620769fc810 and the few next commits.

On MacOS: Default font was changed to Lucida Grande in 6e514d011a4602c08d2f2d868b274620769fc810 and some more details on Windows have been improved in 7514d2cc783cd74967b5dc3eee8077b428443af2

cca0e8ad1de0d2666ff56700a74a4dca99b4636b changes the default Windows font to "Segoe UI"

More needs to be done to better handle discrepancies between font and screen resolutions (the Issue is still open)
