Add SD.remove(file) for deleting a file from an SD card. #401

What change would like to see?

The addition of an SD.remove(file) function to delete a file from an SD card.

Why?

To be able to delete files.

Would this cause any incompatibilities with previous versions?  If so, how
can these be mitigated?
