Protocol for common database management procedures #29

Write short protocol of most common procedures to make changes in the database (i.e. Remove inversion, Remove validation, Change inversion name, etc.). The protocol should describe the different steps to do and tables to be modified and it would be a useful reference for future changes in the database.

Preliminary document written by Isaac and additional procedures being added by Ruth. Document will be stored in GitHub together with other documentation.

Ruth currently working in Wiki to explain better all the PHP processes and give some instructions in how to do some simple DB tasks
