Different way to calculate inversion size in summary table in private DB #33

Different way to calculate inversion size in the summary table between public (distance between medium point of BPs) and private DBs (minimal distance between BPs). However, in inversion report information is the same in both cases.

Actually for merged inversions it is not clear how the size of the inversions is calculated in the summary table of the private DBs (see for example HsInv1122)

This is probably related also with the problem of the breakpoints used in each case described in Issue #50 !

Fixed by revising information that goes into the inversion summary list
