I have been adding some new tools to the 'Search Inversions' menu, they are available in the Darwin dev. version. Their output is similar to the 'Query position' result page. The 'Query position' code is located outside the 'php' folder, but 'Batch query', 'Add inversion prediction' and ' Add inversion validation' don't. The folder change makes all the output java-dependent functions fail (e.g. sorting columns, displaying and hiding sections).
