Add known tag SNPs #45

For each inversion with tag SNP information, create a table with the following:

rsID: Or some unique ID
Population: Perhaps also with the number of unrelated samples used for the estimate
r^2
Allele linked to the inverted orientation

Ideally this should be a dynamic information that is updated as new inversion genotypes are added. Also, it could be useful that user could select in which populations it wants to calculate the tag SNPs.
