Inversion region in summary page does not match that of the report #50

Apparently for some inversions the region the summary list does not match that of the report (although for others the two numbers do match):

e.g. HsInv0335 (inverted duplication): Region in list: chr12:7854982-7877930 Region in report: chr12:7833215-7877700 (right interval)

Apparently the problem appears when you are logged in and it is not clear where the refined region comes from, although it seems that information from the list is coming probably from other breakpoints (for example in HsInv0340 the first default BPs were used).

Fixed by revising information that goes into the inversion summary list
