Implement system to track InvFEST releases #52

Create a system to identify different releases of InvFEST data (every time a new copy of the public database is generated) and ideally store the information of different releases. If possible, links to previous releases could be implemented and a list of the main changes in the new release could be added to the webpage.

The history section in the report of each inversion could also include a summary of the changes made to that inversion in each subsequent release, although probably that is not supported with the current structure of the database.

Currently there is a table that stores some of the main changes made to the inversions (validations, merges,...), but maybe not all of them. This could be made public either in general or for each inversion to be able to track the information updated.
