Inversion image not showing #53

New inversions in which I have just updated the breakpoints do not appear in the summary image from the report of the secret InvFEST version anymore (for example HsInv0004, HsInv0006, HsInv0017). Not sure why this happens now, because we have updated other breakpoints previously after the DB move back to the Darwin server.

Maybe it has something to do with the change of the IPs of the servers??

There was some added typo in the script and breakpoints were not interpreted correctly. Now everything related to addition of the breakpoints (image update, SDs, BreakSeq measures,...) seems to be working correctly.
