Unify inversion sizes in summary and report pages #60

Apparently there is a small difference in how inversion size is calculated in the public database between the summary page and the report pages. When size is X.5, the summary page rounds to the upper number and the report page to the lower number.

Apparently this only happens in public database and not in private one (in both cases rounded to the lower number).

Fixed by revising information that goes into the inversion summary list
