Currently there is not a clear way to differentiate those genotypes predicted from tag SNPs of those that have been experimentally validated (for example for HsInv0379 or those of Pang et al. 2013). There should be some way to be able to label both types of information so the user has an idea of how reliable the data is. Also, it would probably be good that there should be the option to show the both types of data separately in the maps.
