Apparently HWE might not be working correctly, although if might be just a problem of how P values are calculated (Fisher exact test vs Chi-square?):
P values for HsInv0786: CEU Test chi quadrat = 0.1095 InvFEST <0.05 YRI Test chi quadrat = 0.2492 InvFEST >0.05 EAS Test chi quadrat = 1 InvFEST >0.5
