Revise functional information section #64

Try to make functional information section more informative, adding the possibility of include gene expression changes/genes affected in some kind of table format (for example, gene, effect, P-value, method, article...).

If tag-SNPs are calculated information could be crossed with that of GWAS catalog or eQTLs in GTEx.
