Inversions rating system #71

It would be nice to have a rating system to quickly and visually know the reliability of an inversion.

The best location is in the "comments" section from the report header, and only administrators would be able to modify the score.

Ideally it should be possible to order and filter the inversions by score and somehow this should substitute/complement current inversion status.

Possible scoring rating based on 5-star system could be: 0 = False or other type of SV 1 = Unreliable prediction or inversion that doesn't look too well by visual inspection (or in which predicted data is not very reliable like in Korbel inversions). 2 = Just prediction by 1 single study with not any other information. 3 = Prediction supported by several studies and all are consistent (simple inversion) or that it looks well by visual inspection. 4 = Prediction validated by sequence analysis (reliable PEM data, analysis of alternative available sequences,...). 5 = Inversion validated experimentally.
