UX for selecting playlists and specific videos #43

Hi, thanks for this great app - it's perfect for the new pixel tablet given it comes with a dock. It would be nice to be able to blacklist certain locations, either by preselecting from an exhaustive list or (if the Apple API doesn't provide such a list) even just through a user defined regular expression.

I guess it makes sense to have a more generic UI for selecting playlists and specific videos. Unfortunately I don't have the time to do this myself, but would be happy to take contributions.
