forgot to start postfix #389

sorry I forgot, that starting the postfix daemon is missing. this could also be interpreted, as a fix for #232

related to #388 @djdefi could you also merge this?

we could also include this command in the entrypoint.sh and only execute it, if the sendmail is choosen.

this would use less resources when using smtp or something else.

problem is: the entrypoint is executed with user 1001 postfix hast to be started with root. So I prefer the current solution over starting everything as root

or maybe @djdefi you have a better idea. To fix sendmail you now know what to do.
