Setup Page being displayed instead of Status Page

I've completed set-up and configured some settings via the Dashboard.

However, these settings don't appear to be being saved (they're not displayed in the UI, but are visible in the database).

Additionally, if I click on the Status Page button, it redirects me back to the setup page every time.

There are no errors in my Laravel log, so not sure what the issue is.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
