Implements the authentication flow. Cachet needs to be installable within existing Laravel applications, so it has to be able to support Laravel's authentication system. I've chosen to implement the same system as Laravel Breeze.
Begins to implement some of the design for the authentication pages. It's not identical, but it will give the developers who implement the rest of the design a good starting point and structure to work from.
When running Cachet Core via the Workbench command composer start you can access the login page at https://127.0.0.1:8000/status/login.
Before merging this PR, there are a few things left to do:
[x] Implement the rest of the authentication routes and controllers (password forget, 2fa, register).
