⚠Warning - total noob here no idea what i'm doing

Just wanted some features of latest openswoole 4.11.1

Literally just copy/pasted anywhere I saw mention of "swoole" I duplicated the code for "openswoole"

Tried also throwing in an educated guess of the --with-postgres build option 🤷‍♂️
