install-nix-action does not work on custom container on self-hosted runners #180

On self-hosted runners, the installation-script triggered in action.yml:21 can not be found.

This is a sibling-issue of https://github.com/actions/runner/issues/716.

I have provided a fix in #179. Thank you to Zotrix with his comment.
