Update Python version action is failling

It seems that the update python action is stopped working some time ago.

I went through the logs and it looks like it between on of these PR:

It seems like we need to set a bound for loongarch-support.patch added in https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/commit/df2c2e63f1a5e25ba3afda9387893dfb320eac18
