Our JS bundle is 5.5mb! Let's make it smaller #215

It gzip's down to 1.4mb, but still . . . .

:+1: Just to clarify, there's something fishy going on in our bundle. There's a separate issue to add minification which will also keep the size down https://github.com/caciviclab/disclosure-frontend/issues/189
