It contains a patch adding german translations, changes used icons and has a few more unrelated changes (adding X-KDE-Priority=TopLevel to each .desktop file and modifying/adding a few actions).
I've branched and modernized the package repo, and renamed it to kim5 a while ago, at https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:edogawa/kim5. Now I thought it would be nice to split up the patch into its logical parts, and hope to get the translation part upstream via this PR.
Maybe you can have a look at the patch as it looks in my OBS package, and let me know if the remaining changes are of any interest to you? The icon fixes have become obsolete, the Top level move is probably too SUSE specific, but some or all the added or modified actions might be worth a look...
(originally created by Susan Voitel, along with unrelated extensions for an openSUSE rpm package)
Missing the kim service menu after Qt4 got dropped in openSUSE, I searched and came across an inofficial and updated package in Open Build Service, derived from your github repo: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:bruno_friedmann/kim.
