Using version 7.4. Basically, the edge of the map is as if scrolled all the way out, but it doesn't let you get closer when you zoom in. I've attached some screenshots. The first one is scrolled all the way out, and the second is zoomed in (not all the way in, because then you'd just see some random terrain lol). As you can see from the zoomed-in screenshot, I cannot see Solitude, or really anything north of Morthal. I have moved the camera as far north as it will let me.
I have indeed added mods, but nothing that alters or interferes with the map that I am aware of. This includes conflict resolution in xedit. Let me know if you need more info, or PM me on discord :)
