Describe the bug
Falskaar quest "The Deadliest Catch": The quest does not advance when you kill all 4 overgrown mudcrabs on the beach (i.e. the ones with the quest markers). Clearing the cave without the objective afterwards doesn't help, and you never have the opportunity to turn in the quest for completion.
Workaround:
Load a save game from before you enter the cave.
After receiving the quest from Galen do these steps:
a. Kill all 4 overgrown mudcrabs on the beach.
b. Open a console and type 'setobjectivecompleted fssq03 5 1'
c. Explore the cave and read the Necromancer's Journal.
d. Open a console and type 'setobjectivecompleted fssq03 6 1'
e. From the console and type 'setstage fssq03 10'
f. Pick up the crystal from the pedistal.
g. Even though there is no quest marker on Galen, return to him at the Falskaar Docks.
h. Mention 'The beach is ready for adventure.'
i. The quest should complete.
I don't know how to fix this quest if you don't have an earlier restore point available.

Just obtain the quest and follow it's instructions. I believe this would be broken for everyone.
Is the bug repeatable
Yes, even loading a save from before visiting Falskaar doesn't help. It's a consistent bug caused by either a bad load order in the modlist, a conflicting mod in the modlist, a new defect caused by the Comprehensive Falskaar fixes mod, an unresolved defect in the original Falskaar mod, or an incompatibility with one of the latter 2 mods and Skyrim AE.

The quest should advance to the correct objective once you kill all 4 overgrown mudcrabs on the beach.
