ms-teams-client integration

This pull request does the following:

• adds ms-teams-client as a require-able dependency
• starts polling in authentication token callback
• adds custom event handlers for ms-teams-client events emitted by Client
• event registry
• addresses multi-OS/browser issue
• adds new token handling mechanism
• supplies tokens to ms-teams-client's Client constructor for ease-of-use
