ask admin users to opt-in before disabling lzo on existing installations #83

PR #81 brings in useful options to control lzo compression and keepalive settings on the server, but existing OVPM installations serving to old version OpenVPN clients might be broken if the defaults applied directly. So it's better to ask admins to opt-in before disabling lzo.

Decided against implementing this.
