Math Spec x cadCAD Shared Documentation #72

Creating a general issue for figuring out how we want to create a shared documentation between the two libraries as related to definitions of things like blocks and spaces.

Issue is resolved with us coming up with a process/space to contribute to.

One way to do it might be to have a shared repository outside of cadCAD which is essentially just a bunch of markdown files that get put into a gitbook. Have it be the resource for four projects: The theoretical GDS model, the math spec library, the cadCAD model, and the digital twin framework.

Have sections like one for describing blocks and all the intuitions, mathematical properties, etc. Add on sections for things like semantics of math spec library (adding in distinction of policy vs. mechansim etc.)

Open to thoughts on this though!
