Added LaTeX Equations

Here are the changes I did:

• Added Equations for everything on the page currently
• Put every "Delta" symbol that Sam added into LaTeX mode using $\Delta$
• Put summation symbols through LaTeX mode ($\sum$) to replace previous summation symbols
• Added two potential well images into the images folder instead of linking the website image link
• Did slight reformatting of certain equations into the middle of the page
• Fixed error Clyde had with math formatting messing up the presentation of the MarkDown page

Future things to do:

• Will delete this branch
• Need to reformat the entire page to have more spaces between certain paragraphs/lines
• Check formulas to make sure they are the correct formulas

For Logan's above comment, I'll leave that to when we have to format the Chemistry page. I didn't really look at if the progression of the page made sense as I was adding the LaTeX equations. I'll do that next after I finish this derivative_analysis branch.
