A lot of the chem.md file is unreadable in both the MarkDown code and the preview of the MarkDown File

Some ways to make it more readable:

[ ] Add spaces/lines in between lines so that the preview is not clustered. Can be done through
[ ] Putting more emphasis on certain equations and the variables involved with each equation
[ ] Page is a little disorganized and needs to show more of a progression between ideas
[ ] Entropy before Enthalpy
[ ] Energy Levels show up twice, need to delete one
