First tab missing left border when squared tab style is enabled and tabs are in overflow mode #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open many tabs to display tab scroll buttons, then you will see the first 
tab lost one pixel column on the left side.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
tab should be same as when there is only one tab on the left side.

We have fixed this issue. It will be part of the next released build.

Spoke too soon... Turns out this will be a lot harder to fix than we initially 
thought. The fix I made broke the tabs in other ways. I'll keep this open until 
we can find a solid solution.

Yes, I know it's hard to fix. Because I have tried to fix it in March, but I 
found it's hard to get the tab whether it's the first tab. If we could, we can 
add a vertical line to the first tab.
