tooltips are unreadable, their text and background are both black/very dark #121

I tested it with Windows 7 64 bit and Wave visual style from deviantart that 
recommend statiform. But with Windows default theme it's okay.

Have you looked to see if the issue occurs when Stratiform is disabled? I'm 
pretty sure we don't touch any of the tooltips so it sounds like a Firefox bug.
