Toolbar button styles result in miss-shaped toolbar buttons

What seems to have happened when I updated Firefox to 14.0.1 is that the 
buttons on my bar have gone all wierd.  Allow me to screenshot (see 
attachment).  I have no other graphical addons than Stratiform.

This issue occurs with every button graphic I select. However, these buttons 
are the only issue I seem to have found with it for the time being.

Is it just unique to me or is anyone else getting this issue?

Thanks.... confused as to why it didn't update Stratiform for this.  It's all 
working fine now.

The only little issue is an aesthetic one with the Do Not Track Plus button on 
the toolbar.

New issue I've just found is with the new tab button, when I have quite a few 
tabs open.  The new tab button seems to change into full set of navigation 
icons.  I'll just screenshot.  It seems to do that when I've got more than 17 
tabs open and only goes back to normal when I've closed them down to 13.

Please post each bug separately so we can keep track of them and change their 
status to fixed. This issue in particular is with the toolbar buttons being 
miss-shaped so I'll re-title the issue and mark it as fixed (as it is fixed in 
the latest beta).

It also helps us if you come up with meaningful titles for the issues ;)

Sorry about that... I'll remember to seperate the issues next time.  The bug 
also occurs with that, when the window is restored and sized so the tabs don't 
quite fit.
