Provide an option to lock text colour to a certain value (app button + tabs) #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In color settings change the color of the app button to red (or anything 
else).
2. Button text becomes black which doesn't look good on a darker app button.
3. Reset color settings, text color reverts back to white (on original orange 
app button).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Button text should be white for darker background colors. Maybe black for the 
lighter ones. A better way would be to add an option to choose the color of app 
button text.

In v3 we changed the way the text is inverted to take hues into consideration, 
because our eyes perceive different hues as having different brightnesses. This 
means that some colours will now invert the text, where they wouldn't have in 
previous versions.

I've changed this to a feature request, as it isn't an actual issue. We just 
finalised all of our localisations and locked our features so we can't add such 
an option until after 3.0 is released.
