No right borders when dragging tabs.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. You have to have Firefox 17.0a2 to reproduce this issue.
2. When dragging tabs, you will see that there is no right borders, including 
in new tab button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- All tabs should have all borders when you try to drag them.

I was wrong to say that there is no right border. It's the left border missing.

This could be a tricky one to fix. The way it is set up now is the only way to 
do it properly and there is no way of knowing through CSS when a tab is being 
dragged so I can't see a solution to this until someone over at Mozilla put a 
dragging attribute on the tab.
