Nav. toolbar skin disappear when clicking bookmark button

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click bookmark button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I have the same issue:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click bookmark button twice to bring up the "Edit This Bookmark" Menu

What is the expected output? The Nav toolbar skin stays the same.
What do you see instead? Nav toolbar skin reverts back to Firefox default skin.
