Flipping location bar bookmark star position reduces the height of the location bar #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Firefox menu > Stratiform 
2. Settings > Toolbars
3. "Flip location bar bookmark star position" = On

What is the expected output?
Location bar remains the same height regardless of bookmark star position

What do you see instead?
Location bar height is reduced when bookmark star position is changed from 
default, as seen in attachment 1.

The issue only exists when viewing secure pages (even if the padlock icon is 
not shown) as seen in attachment 2.

I accidentally put the attachments in the wrong order. Where it says 
"attachment 1" I actually mean attachment 2 and vice versa.
