Strata 40 and Strata 50 tabs style cause higher CPU voltage. #149

In latest Nightly ( http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/be3be63607b0 ) 
Strata tabs style cause high CPU voltage, when I use Strata 40 tabs my CPU 
voltage become crazy, keep high, there is no visible CPU usage in task manager, 
I see this in my monitor soft:
Screens:
1. with Strata 40 tabs style enabled
2. with default style tabs enabled.

System specs. on screens, kind strange thing.
