What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go into cuztomize icons

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is a blank icon with no words under it but it can be dragged around.
Through elimination I figured out it was this addon causing it. Not a big deal
but still weird since I do have the normal icon for Stratiform in my addon bar.
Please supply the output of 'Support Info'. You can access
